Project 5 Gradient Mesh

Reflection: This project was tough for me personally, I struggled with the clipping mask and getting my pear to look properly shaded. Once I got the hang of it, I got more comfortable with using a clipping mask and was able to add my pears texture.

Project 4

Project 4 Business Cards

Reflection: I had to create two different business card designs using my logos I created in the previous project. I found this project easier and I felt more comfortable because I am used to creating things like business cards.

Project 3 Logos

Reflection: For this project, we had to design two logos for fake company. We then had to incorporate our logos into business cards for the next project. I used basic shapes and patterns to design these and I like how simple they turned out.  

Project 2

Project 2 Calligram

Reflection: I put words from a cat poetry article in the outline of the cat. I found this project fairly simple because we used adobe illustrator a more commonly known program for me. I had trouble copying the text in at first but figured it out. I wish I was able to change the text to be right side up on the whiskers. I look forward in using illustrator more.

 Project 1 Canvas

Reflection: I found this project rather difficult due to the use of the program, Dreamweaver which I am not as comfortable using. It involved the use of code to make shapes and move them around. It took a while to get the placement correct and was time intensive. After completing this project, I am a bit more comfortable with using Dreamweaver and hope to learn more about the program soon.
